These terms

These terms govern your use of the jurisscribe.com website. Use of the JurisScribe platform itself is governed by the subscription agreement between JurisScribe and your firm; if there is a conflict, that agreement controls.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and submit inquiries for your firm. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to probe or disrupt it, submitting false inquiries, or scraping content at scale.

No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

JurisScribe is software for law firms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the JurisScribe and Scribe names and marks are owned by JurisScribe. You may not use them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JurisScribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in New York.
