Security at JurisScribe
Your case files are privileged work product. Here is exactly how they are protected — and what Scribe can and cannot do with them.
Encryption, everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Documents, messages, faxes, and case data are stored in access-controlled, encrypted storage — there is no unencrypted path through the system.
Per-firm tenant isolation
Every firm’s data is isolated with database-enforced row-level security (RLS). Isolation is enforced by the database itself on every query — not by application code that could miss a check. Storage is partitioned per firm the same way.
A complete audit trail
Every Scribe action is logged: what it read, what it suggested, what it drafted, and what your team did with it. Any case, any time, you can see the full history. Nothing Scribe does is invisible.
Your data never trains a model
Your firm’s data is never trained on, never shared across tenants, and never used to improve anyone else’s product. Scribe drafts and recommends; your staff reviews and sends — every draft is reviewable before anything leaves the building.
Infrastructure
JurisScribe runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring, automated backups, and point-in-time recovery. Each firm can operate under its own branding and domain, white-labeled end-to-end.
HIPAA and BAAs
Medical records inside a legal case file are handled as privileged attorney work product. For firms whose compliance posture requires a Business Associate Agreement, a BAA is available on our Enterprise plan — ask about it on your walkthrough.
